About Lillo
Welcome to Lillo, where the furniture has as much personality as the people. Our owner, Jean (or as we like to call him, the Jean-Paul Gaultier of wooden pallets), hand-built most of what you see here from recycled materials - because why waste wood when you can wine and dine on it?
He's part carpenter, part flavor-enthusiast, and 100% charming. Don't be surprised if he pulls up a chair (one he probably built himself) to regale you with tales of secret ingredients and the storied history behind your drink.
As an Italo-Belgian expat who caught the Greek bug (and we're not talking about mosquitos), Jean fell head over heels for the Mediterranean way of life. He decided to share his greatest passions with the world, transforming Lillo into a delicatessen oasis.
Oh, and in case you're wondering, Lillo was his dad's nickname. We think it suits a place that's as cozy, personal, and full of character as this one.
How people find us
There's a reason our regulars have been coming back for more. Word of mouth has been our only advertisement - but happy mouths are the best ambassadors!
The food
Tartines, quiche, cheese and charcuterie boards. French at heart, with Italy and Greece in it, and made here rather than bought in.
The drinks
Wine by the glass, Belgian beers poured into the glass they belong in, cocktails made the old way. Tell us what you usually drink and we will take it from there.
The music
Swing from the fifties, then something from this year, then back again. Jean takes the playlist as seriously as the cocktails.
